Kent Road, Harrogate

The site was purchased in 2002, being a former girls’ preparatory school, in the Duchy Estate of Harrogate. Planning permission was obtained in autumn 2003 to turn the two existing building into three residential units. The first building was turned into a 6 bedroom 4,500 sqft house for an existing client, with the second building being split into two 3500 sqft 5 bedroom semi-detached homes. The project was completed in autumn 2004, with the two remaining properties sold by spring 2005. The end result was three truly stunning houses set in impressive grounds.
