Bishops House, Ripon

This delightful period property, located alongside the banks of the River Ure in the centre of Ripon, was purchased in the winter of 2007. The house was in a tired and sorry state, so YorPlace undertook a major refurbishment programme. The internal space was gutted and a new layout created, tailored to meet the requirements of a modern family. The end result is a fully modernised 6 bedroom family house featuring many period features. The scheme was completed in summer 2008, let out untill February 2015 and then sold to the tenant.
