Court Barton, Wetherby

Court Barton was a rundown farmhouse, with associated outbuildings and a large two and a half acre garden, located in the centre of the village of Clifford, near Wetherby. After a lengthy public consultation – period, planning permission was gained to extend and renovate the existing house; create two new homes by renovating the outbuildings and four new build properties in the garden. The site was developed in partnership with Lewcombe Properties – with work commencing at the beginning of 2007. The end result was seven homes of outstanding quality, that were all sold within months of the scheme’s completion date in the summer 2008.
