The Acres, Linton

The Acres was a single dwelling located on the ridge of the much sought-after village of Linton. Planning permission was granted in 2011 to renovate and extended the existing house and create 3 magnificent new houses set within the existing grounds. Individual purchasers were obtained for each property and the building works commenced in mid-2012 with all the new homeowners moving in by 2014. Each house was tailored to meet the specific need of the purchaser and finished to an exceptionally high standard, both internally and externally.
