Low Farm
This derelict grade II listed farmhouse was bought at auction in spring 2007.
YorPlace spent the next eight months negotiating with Harrogate planners and English Heritage to allow us to transform the property into a modern 5 bedroom luxury home, whilst retaining and restoring it’s original features.
Permission was granted in the winter of 2007 and the conversion and extension was completed in the summer of 2008, with the property sold within three months.
